take longer! If you wish to personalise your instrument, please allow a suitable amount of time
(up to several months, depending on the level of customisation) for us to fulfill all your wishes
While we do not have a "showroom", we are able to provide accurate quotations for customised instruments and give
good estimates for expected delivery times. If you wish to try a specific guitar prior to purchase we can generally
arrange this with a Dealer or local music shop near you and, of course, we offer a money back guarantee

For Artist Series and Master Builder instruments there are specific custom features built into each model. However, there is still the option to personalise these special instruments exactly to your taste with additional custom features
For truly custom instruments, you have the freedom to design your instrument "from the ground up" if you wish
